Hilary Longley-Cook

I recently found out that my Great Uncle Hilary worked in fibers during retirement. His son Robert told me that, "He worked in wool, and in geometric patters - I think he enjoyed the fact that it was quite a mathematical process - get the math wrong and you were in for an evening of unpicking!" I have had many such evenings. All of his work were labors of love made to be passed down as heirlooms. This is a photo of a fire screen that he made for Robert and his family.
