Sarah Horton

Sarah Horton makes wonderful embroideries, collages, doodles, and comics. I really admire the humor in her work. This one's titled "The Dapper Gentleman." She currently lives in Sacramento, CA.

It's in our Fingerprints

Three of my fingerprints are going to be in the Mondo Politico show that's opening at Eyedrum this Thursday night. I want to thank Cinque Hicks for the kind words and Donnie Reider and Kathy King for organizing the show.

Staci Stone

I saw this piece tonight at "A Series of Controlled Environments," a show by Atlanta's Off The Wall sculpture group. It was created by Staci Stone, a local artist who is currently studying at SCAD. The piece is titled "Laboring Continents," and it's completely comprised of wooden spools.

Sewnbyblythe

I am in love with Sewnbyblythe's Etsy store. Along with this rocking "Felt Tape Deck with Removable Mix Tape," she has a "Felt Holga Camera" and a "Felt Brownie Camera" for sale. Her hand stitched details are so delightful. She currently lives and works in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
